You are here: Home / Community / Homeowners Association The Master Homeowners Association The Providence Master Homeowners Association is professionally managedby CCMC, one of the oldest and most experienced community management companies in the country. For more than 30 years, the CCMC team has been defining what it means to manage community associations the right way. What makes the Providence Master Homeowners Association unique from the associations in other Las Vegas neighborhoods, is that is it is a true ambassador of the Providence lifestyle. While the association provides continuity for the community, preserves the community’s architectural integrity and maintains the common areas, this is just touching the surface. The master association team is motivated by the philosophy that “when you live in Providence, you don’t just live in a house, you have come home.” In this, the spirit of community is brought to life through a year-round effort to provide fun activities, social gatherings, quality events and stimulating programming – all with the goal of brining neighbors, family and friends together. To make this possible, the association makes use of all the community’s venues, from The Promenade and parks, to the beautiful new indoor facility, The Place. This versatile, well-appointed venue is not only used for association-sponsored events, but also as a destination for residents to play a game with friends, relax or just enjoy some quiet time. Further, The Place is also open for association sanctioned club meetings, small social events, member meetings, or any other related activities and gatherings.
